Used liquify and cut & paste to enlarge woman (doll).

Drew in a one piece swimsuit.

Entry guide: step 4 of 6

Drew highlights and used smuge, dodge and burn on the swimsuit.

Entry guide: step 5 of 6

Drew shadows on wall and window frame.

Entry guide: step 6 of 6

Used noise filter and gaussian blur.
Did some color adjustments.
