Veery cool, rare case when underwater looks exactly like underwater )) One tip, mabe usefull - use lens blur instead of gaussian to get some buke-like unfocused area, i think it would look more natural. Uhm... And fishes could have their own shadow trails.

Added the fish. I decided they needed to look more natural and duplicates the base color layer, moved it to the top and applied Hue blending mode.
