Thats the best idea i've seen on PST so far (havent saw ALL works thou). Only few things i would made - some holes on smoke layer, blur it and reduce opacity, that will make it transparent and more natural. And lava layer - it can't be plain bright all the way - make it lose the brightnes by getting closer to water. Also crator hole - i would add some shadow inside it. Great job!

Can you sharpen the birds face (perhaps it is my eyes)? Being that the ground is sharp, the bird's head should. Excellent creativity!
