then change the hue saturation

cut the fish, with some feather to make it match with the BG,

and again add some hue saturation

put the indian headband

and adjust it with free transform and a bit distortion

do some color corection to make the headband match with everything

put fire and do some adjustment on the fire color... change to blue fire to make it under the sea
