Face Over Trees

I know this is not terribly original, but I had fun doing it -- it's the graphic artist in me coming out ;)

OK, lemme see if I can remember how I did this ...

First I resized the green eyes canvas to the same dimensions as my 4 trees photo; stretched the green eyes photo to fit; used the cutout filter to simplify green eyes details; used paint bucket/paint brush to get rid of everything except eyebrows, eyes, nostrils, mouth; converted to black & white (which was probably an unnecessary step, but it seemed like a good idea at the time) & used paint bucket to change all the colors to my preference.

On my 4 trees photo, I used the cutout filter; magic extracted to get rid of the white patch in the middle of the sky; copy & pasted 4 trees onto green eyes; adjusted the 4 trees colors to my preference & voila.
