Click on the custom tool palette and choose any image you like.
Use a light shade of grey so we can make a metallic color.
Add a drop shadow with a dark color that fits your image and lower the opacity to your liking.
Add a stroke with the position of (inside) with the size of 4px,switch the fill type to gradient (using the same light grey and white).
Click gradient overlay using the same light grey and white for a shiny effect).

Find a nice abstract brush, from a website or create your own.Make sure it fit's with the shape image.
You can lower the opacity a little or keep it the same.I lowered mine to 66%
Entry guide: step 5 of 9

Create a floor reflection and duplicate your shape image, then flip it vertically.
Make a new layer and select only half of the image, then click the mask button, then click the gradient tool (make sure it's black to white).
Drag the tool from the bottom to the middle, now you should have a floor reflection gradient,if it's to bright just lower the opacity to your liking.
Entry guide: step 6 of 9

Find a nice font to fit your image and use the same blending options you did for your custom shape.
Entry guide: step 7 of 9

This is optional, since I wanted the text to have a black stroke,I used the same settings but made my text white and changed the gradient stroke to a color one.
Entry guide: step 8 of 9

Duplicate your text and flip it vertically, then using a new layer select the duplicated image with the regular marquee tool.
click the mask button and again using a gradient (black to white) drag the tool from the bottom of the text to the top and it should have a faded look.
