perspective is a little bit off....even though it's not shown in your pic the picture on the wall should be parellel to the top and bottom of the wall....

If you have CS3 you can use the vanishing point filter to set the perspective correctly. If not try to line it up the same way the glass panes are in the background wall

i decided i liked it better without the picture, to me it really didn't go with my title, "ready for business" as it was a picture of pandas playing, to me he looks more ready for business without it.
