hey this looks great, to offer some constructive, my first impression was very masculine, as i look at your steps. I think it is the shadow from the lip to the nose on the right side is too deep, if you look at the stock image from where you airbrushed (nice job!) since u r a perfectionist thought u would want to know. anyway the right side of the face looks strange harsh? imo. smooth that line out and less bulbous on the glasses try lightening shadow and multiply into ground, behind right knee strange, perspective. other than that perfect!

I softened the facial features and the overall contrast. I also lightened the cast shadow, added the blowing end of the scarf and adjusted the lenses.
