It looks like you did not have the center of the fan as the centered when you applied the blur. There is a "second center" just below and to the right of the center of the fan. You need to extend your canvas so that it is square, and the center of the fan is dead center of the canvas, and then apply the blur. The "Ca marche!!!" entry is much tighter, technically, but like yours, got a Low Vote for only applying a filter to the image.

not being funny madster..but comparing entries is poor.....and its not just a filter...as u have to cut the safety cage out .....i agree with the blur problem tho..see if u can amend this problem....and i will vote later....nice job ont he masking tho..
