This is my first time entering into contests like these. I use colorization on the girl and crown. I also used fill (light brown and blue and set it on soft light and multiply) over the entire image.

Its generally a bad idea to leave a glow around items as it indicates poor cutting. This was a tough image to cut your teeth on.
