Water Outage

Select entire sky including area of water stream and on a new layer make a horizontal linear gradient from color sampled from backgournd image.

Clone in sea over water stream. Use blur tool to blend in.

Copy from background layer the (rock, umbrella?) from left side and paste in new layers over each of the other foreground formations to cover water stream.

Again using the clone tool, cover up water on spigot head.

Using lasso tool, from background layer select teardrop shape of water and paste atop all other layers resizing and placing in faucet head.
