The nose is too light and the light reflection on the glasses too bright (you can't see the wall behind it at all). Good effect, just needs tweaking.

7-steps guide for Punks Not Dead:

Entry guide: step 1 of 7

Crop the head and paste in a new composition.

Entry guide: step 2 of 7

Complete the head using the Clone Stamp Tool.

Entry guide: step 3 of 7

Crop and paste the Punky Hair to the head.

Entry guide: step 4 of 7

Paste the wall behind the punky head, and position the head on the lower right side of the composition.

Entry guide: step 5 of 7

Add the graffiti and set the Blending Mode of the Layer to Overlay

Entry guide: step 6 of 7

Group the Head and the Punky Hair and set the Blending Mode of the Group Layer to Vivid Light.

Entry guide: step 7 of 7

Finally, add dark vignette effect.
