i know,it´s a littlebit strange,but when i looked around for an idea,i found this source and i decided to ad a reason for her sad face

Dodge on top of where the pipe goes under the skin and burn either side of it. It will look much better then.

This is creepy, but good job. Some critizism is that the blood doesn't look very real, and the pipe doesn't look like it goes all the way into her ear.

The tears look like paint drops, and shouldn't have shadows. The shadows off the pipes is totally inconsistent with the lighting on the face, and the bloodstains are too orangey, looking more like iodine.
