sunset strip

This picture was made mainly using the brightness contrast and colour balance.
To do the rays from the sun I duplicated the sunset pic, changed the levels so the mid tones were all the way to the right and then added a radial blur using : Amount 100 zoom and set on best. Then I adjusted the opacity of the layer. Colour balanced the highlights on the motor bike layer to give an effect of the sunset reflecting on the metal. Hope this gives you a few ideas.
