Snotball

First, I imported a source background image into Photoshop.

Next, I imported the source image for the contest, cut the bubbles out of it, and then colorized it to make it green.

Though you might be surprised, I actually used a picture of a fountain (colorized and distorted) to get the tail to the snotball.

And I was finished!
