looks awesome, although I think eliminating the repeated road pattern would make it spectacular!! I love the cloud work too, beautiful!

Great idea and looks very nice. But as Philister said: Get rid of the pattern... I have tried to find a method you could use, but haven't really been able to pull something effective off. Hope you can. Good luck with your otherwise very nice image.

selected the white areas and similar, copy, pasted on separate layer, cloned road to get rid of similarities, added some noise, desaturated it, colorized a bit blue, and it worked.
