Great image, though i think that you mainly used only a filter for the water to make the image look like its been drought...you don't provide steps so I can't be sure. Also for the full res image you shoud check the Save full resolution image checkbox instead of including a link

Beautiful image, the only thing that bothers me is the riverbed doesn't seem to have any depth. When the rain finally comes, that city will be flooded!
