New to this site, and new to photoshop. Wish to learn from all of you, so for now, I just create for my own pleasure. Comments are more than welcome, as that is the only way I can get better. For this image, I used my own photo,cropped, added the striped ball, made some adjustments, used diffuse glow, and then angled strokes with adjustments applied to that. So only original source, and my own photo were used.

Try not using filters only if you want to create a composition or an artwork. Even if you're an amateur i bet you could create something way better than this simple creation. For example you could take your dog and by applying some layer effects you could make it seem as if it was inside the ball and then you could replace the wall with another wall of your own...the ideas are infinite..I just said what came to mind right now! If you need any assistance don't hesitate to message me!
