Right At Home

I used my original image, extracted the frog.Adjusted hue and saturation, on first and second layers. Set opacity on overlay, and erased some parts, so little froggie could show through better. Merged all layers, and adjusted sharpness, and hue, and saturation, until I had the effect I disired. Added slight Light. Applied a Filter
