After taking the tunnel photo and adding a veeeery misty image of a train inside ( you can see it only if you really look hard in the tunnel ) and adding the skulls for a spooky effect i started misting all over the place with the smudge tool. I also added some interesting cracks in the earth to break up the peacefulness of the picture.

Interesting effect with the streaks - how'd ya do that?

Very easy. Using the brush tool with a small radius and 60-70-80% hardness i drew them in like... 10-15 mins... then duplicated the layer and made them white. Then used radial blur (zoom amplitude) and put the focal point at the absolute bottom
