The worms look like they are floating. Try putting some shadows to help ground them.

Good, I love the rotten vegetables ! I agree with Alan about the yellow ... I love the dead fly on the left, but the dead one on the right (since it is dead) should fall to the table ?

the worm that is on both meats should be bent to follow the angle of the side of the meat it is climbing.

Look to the perspective of the dead fly and I think you could take out the fly at the border of the hamburguer!! It really not so yummy congrats!!

Firstly, I coloured the food and I liquidified the tomato to make it look altered.
