Not really sure what the rally has to do with the picture and background. Instead, inhance the background with a diff. idea.

Purelyevil666, a rally or march is done in the streets, that is why it has a street background. As this is my image, I can put whatever I like on it as long as it falls within the contest guidelines (which this does). It might be best if you consider doing your own image instead.

5-steps guide for PST Rally:

Entry guide: step 1 of 5

Flipped the background image to better fit in the people in the rally.

Entry guide: step 2 of 5

Masked out the people and placed it on the streetscape image.

Entry guide: step 3 of 5

Used layer mask to bring back footpath at foreground and cloned out the lines on the road.

Entry guide: step 4 of 5

Changed the signs to add slogans and avatars related to PST (approx 50 layers).

Entry guide: step 5 of 5

Used Claudiolky's "Improve images by using levels" tutorial to brighten up the background image to match up the lighting.
