I tried to do something artistic with the source image.. I applied some filters and also a little bit of Pen Tool... I deleted the aweful dotted background and used a gradient instead.. Hope you like it

It's a good idea, but this isn't cutted so good...

I like the stars, but the filter obviously obstructed your glass edges. You could have tried blurring the edges a bit then adding some sharpness. Maybe the filter was just a bad idea. It's pretty, though.
