I took a shot that I had taken at Caddo Lake, and I put the platform and swimmer on it. I did have to ajust the angle a bit of the platform and swimmer to match the angle I was to the lake. I then created a reversed image with a light opacity to add as the reflection.

By adjusting the angle of the platform, your man got distorted too... It might be best to copy paste the original man on the distorted platform.
