Light transitions done with liguify on the glass.

Background of night city added and original fireworks cropped.
Some light effects done on the roofs of the buildings.

Final result - added some lights "into" the glass, clone the table for the glasses and bottle (you can see small piece of stone table in the bottom-left side of the image).

Some other tips:
improve light transitions inside of the glasses, make some texts, borders...
