Mask out the tree using the McHistory Pallete patented channel method.

Mask out spring blooms.

Start to place the blooms, arranging on the tree limbs.

Cover the entire tree surface with blooms.

Replicate the tree sources for the other trees, duplicate the blooms and color green for the leaves.

Duplicate tree again, and use pieces of the blooms for the dead leaves.

Add in snow source, and mask out the unneeded parts. Add color overlays for the other colors of grass.

Add in adjustment layers for levels and color adjustments, add a summer sky in the background.

Duplicate the dead tree, color and dodge, move up just a couple notches. Go back to the original tree source and select layer transparency, then go back to the colored tree source and delete to reveal the tree underneath. Tada, ice!
