Used a picture of a mannequin and then warped the water drops into the shape of it and then changed the shapes of the arms. All source image except for using the mannequin to make the one out of the water drops.

Nice work on the mannequin! The whole image is not so great though. The mannequin looks like it's floating in mid air. Also the background is to blurry. The part the mannequin is standing on should be as sharp as the mannequin itself. Change that and it will improve your entry alot!

By keeping the space around the feet blurred you will never take away the illusion the mannequin is floating. But try to give is some shadow around the feet so it will look like it's making contact with the leaf!

Not too sharp, maybe blurred about 0.5 or so. Just look at your own feet when standing. There is a shadow around them which is allmost none existent in front of the lightsource nd darker away from it.
