I suggest you make the edges sharper, add shadows and highlights, and put it into some proper envirement to make it look real. The idea is not bad, but the entry could benefit from some more work...

for some reason this version looks like it was chocheed (sp?) erm knit out of yarn. Crisper edges would help a lot, and i agree some background would be helpful (just preferably not a blurry low res one) - i know - danged if you do... danged if you don't.....
