I took the cover of the Dummies book and placed it atop the step 3 book, took off the binding copy and colored it yellow creating the book in the entry.

The "tattoo" on my son's right shoulder (in step 2) was photoshopped in. As a responsible parent, I wouldn't think of getting a tattoo on my son until he was at least five.
