Made wood grain using simple bush with shear, Noise and Scale down and duplicate.

Duplicate and rotate several times

Duplicate scales whole layer from step 3 (Note dodge was added in a later step but show here,

Used part of wood grain for center. Duplicated layer used multiply blending with dodge and burn on final image.
