however I think the light rays look a bit unnatural. But I would still like to know how you did the coloring and the light rays. Could u explain it perhaps?

Used photo filter to give pic a green blue colour, drew light rays in using a flat shaped paint brush, then using a very large eraser on a low opacity i gradually faded them out till i got them how i wanted. Thanks for all your kind words
