Egg source used as base image.

Flipped the image and extended the background upwards.

Masked out the girl and put her in position.

step 4 of 8

Used a layer mask to place her inside the egg.

step 5 of 8

Duplicated part of the egg yolk and placed it over the girl changing the blending mode and using layer mask.

step 6 of 8

Masked out and added the snake.

step 7 of 8

Created a fog effect using Filter>Render>Clouds over a couple of layers and removed it from the girl, egg and snake.

step 8 of 8

Used a layer of black at low opacity to darken the image, used lighting effect and the put a warming filter to finish image.
