I cut the front leg of the elephant made another layer with it turned it around and the merged the layers,then used the freetrans to start changing its shape

I used dodge and burn to add the highlight and shadows

I did this 3 times as you can see

I used the head of the elephant for the body of the bug ,I add shadows for the legs
