The making of Twilight Tulips, step by step...

made a backdrop from scratch, with tips from fairyland tutorial.

cut out some tulips from source1 as you can see the tulips on the right i dropped down

made a layer of black over the image and then with a soft eraser uncovered the details.

added the flame from the candle into the tulips and then put a soft glow around them

added the moon, again from scratch with help from fairyland tutorial..

added the fairy and the candle from the original source

for the final result i duplicated the image and set as overlay.. then played with the levels
