The making of Demoness, step by step...

First i drew some kind of Scheme...
but i excluded tail later :)

i began by drawing the skin and adding burn and dodge were needed... before i...

...proceeded it with Liquify effect and smudge tool...

then i added the hair...

i added the horn and the eye and all other major changes ;)

finally i added the cloak using gradient tool and i refined hair, skin everything...

i finally added fire layer which i made by making difference clouds and adding color balance after it to make fire color...
i added black background, erased the tail, refined eye, hair, horns, skin... everything... ;)
