The making of Someone will come..., step by step...

I duplicated the original image and added a gaussian blur using hard light and lowered the opacity to get a dark glow to it.

Next I used the same step for the background to give it a "night" kind of feeling.

Also erased a few parts that would cover the teepee.

Again using the same steps but this time using Hue/Saturation to give the indian man less color,and adding some shadows with the burn tool.

Same as step 3 with the other indian man,althought I erased some of his dress and the back so it blends.

For the first blending of the fire I erased some of the logs and darkened the bottom to blend with the ground.

For the second blending of the fire,I just darkened it more and used gaussian blur to bring it to life.

Now for a campire night add some stars,duplicate it then use gaussian blur and lower the opacity by 45% or to you get your desired effect.

Add a few color tones and your done :).
