Warp. Made the teeth and the eye.

Frankensteined the torso from these 2 kangaroos. Made the toe claws and the tail.

Made the "fins by dodging/burning a shape. Created a black mask of the snake skin texture and applied it to the body.

Changed the red drum into a radioactive container.
