First I create a background using a metal texture with high light and contrast

Then I cut the hand

Then I make a copy of it

step 4 of 7

After it I cut a PSP (I erased the logos)

step 5 of 7

Then I adjust everything to fit the sizes

step 6 of 7

Here I add the buttons with a little transparency

step 7 of 7

At the end I add the Locoroco picture and adjusted a shadow
