Crop the head and paste in a new composition.

Complete the head using the Clone Stamp Tool.

Crop and paste the Punky Hair to the head.

Paste the wall behind the punky head, and position the head on the lower right side of the composition.

Add the graffiti and set the Blending Mode of the Layer to Overlay

Group the Head and the Punky Hair and set the Blending Mode of the Group Layer to Vivid Light.
