No external sources used. Used stamp, transform, liquify and a LOT of layer masks...

What are you talking about? I removed the person! Not his clothes, but the person. I really don't see why this should be off theme. Read the contest rules before you make comments like that. It's VERY annoying...

Really nice work. The only thing i'll say is to take care about the restrictions when using à picture from sxc.hu. You should have red: "LilGoldWmn must be notified and credited when using the photo for any public work." Just add a little line to your description and it will be perfect !!! Same with the "Just Heads" entry... i'm n00 and innocent enough to ask, isn't an entry basically good work, or not-so-much? Topics are good, but aren't we also making artworks here? Sorry Mr. Picasso, off topic. (This prob. belongs in the forum, doesn't it? I'll never learn.)

forgot to mention: nicely chopped! Light looks right, only little extra touch i'd maybe like to see, most denim jeans are lighter inside than they are out, so if you faded the blue lighter with [Ctrl+U] Hue the illusion would be even just a little better. I'd leave the "hem" area the same blue, just the 'other side' of the denim lighter.

Uhhhh not sure if you asked me to use this. I dont remember you asking but you might have. I know for sure no one said.... Id like to remove your son from your photo... THAT I would have remembered. BUT... im not upset or anything. I appreciate your talent and it was quite interesting to stumble over this tonite. My two other boys were CRACKING UP!

I went to get my older son and he was like AWWW they took me out.
You made him sad

But good job. And yeah, be careful with the SXC stuff. Free doesnt mean "free for all"... alot of good photographers are leaving because people just arent asking and we find our stuff EVERYWHERE being ripped and sold and stolen and used in ways we have not approved of.
