I took a picture of me after a few drinks! I duplicated the image used various filters to smooth away any defects masked it and filled the skin areas back in. I added a layer changed its blend property to overlay and added colour to eyes reduced the opacity i then flattened the image and added in the background.

Should have taken shine off forehead & nose....changing background draws attention to hair chop, which could use work.

Changed the background and added some make-up: surface blur on a new layer and some colour and luminosity adjustments for the skin; used tablet for the eye line and the lashes.
The changes are far from being drastic but the overall look is so much beter :)
