Beautiful! i havent vote til now, but im pretty shure who made this. The Top and the legs look really realistic, Great job, i also like the skirt. Matches perfect! but i also have to say the chest of her looks a bit flat to me. In the highres its nearly o.k. i dont know why, may its my overtired eye But a great piece of work!!! well done. So now i will place my high vote and see if i was right with my instinct

I was actualy going to do something totaly different, but as I was browsing for sources I fell on a dog and owner kissing, I just had to do it!
Lots of masking at the hair, clone stamping for the face and background and blending. Except for the eye everything was made with the source.
Please views high res for the mask work!

Cuddly creature for halloween . Maaaybe you could add some blur for the backpaws, so it matches better with the blurred background (where the paws are standing), but for the rest nicely done. Good luck !
