Thanks for the suggestions and nice comments. I did some extra work on the head, and feathers. I flattened the layers towards the end, but the intermediate steps counted about 90 layers in 10 groups.

The hand was made in photoshop, with a help of a reference image, useing the seat of the bicycle.
The clouds were made with a brush.

Nice you used the structure for the hand, maybe you can make some more variations in each finger. Personally I dont get the function of the clouds in that sense that they dont do anything with the rest of the image (right now it's like the image is divided in an upper part - the clouds - and the part under - the main image). Suggestion: soften the edges from the woman`s dress or perhaps some subtile shadows in the dress itself where it reaches the hand so it looks less like she`s floating. Good luck!

wazowski, the clouds play an important role in the picture, I used the clouds to symbolise the distance, the unreachable, no matter how far we go, love will be there, I hope you understand the my way of thinking... About the shadow, i don't really understand where should I put more shadow...

I am amazed that that hand came from the seat! Super. My questionis about light sources and shadows. Girl and hand match shadow direction with light coming from the right. Fingertips match the center light source. So... where's the light source on the right? Would you consider lightening the right side of the sky to match the shadows? (LOL - I think the sky would be easier to change than the rest of the details!)

elemare, the light source, as you sayed, is comming from the right. The brightness in the clouds wasn't ment to illuminate the scene, the role of the brightness in the clouds was to accentuate a little bit. The fingerprints aren't affected much from the brightness of the clouds, that's why I added just a little bit of blueish color to the fingers, so the light from the clouds aren't missed...
catia, I'll try to make a tutorial.. but I'm not so good at explaining...

I think I wouldnt be peaceful when I`d see such thing coming out of a bag. Nice fruit! Reflection from the bag needs some improvement, right now it looks too flat while you should see a reflection from the bottom side of the bag. Good imagination and good luck !

The fish of the future are very clever - they're making homes and buildings out of the aluminum cans and old bikes from the discards of the earthworld. Used only source and bkgd image.

Bubbles and 'steam' done with brushes; gradient effects for frame and across image for glassy look.

Good imagination . Suggest to blur the building to fit better in the background. Edges from the fish could do with some blur too, right now they`re a it too sharp. Good luck!

Mais oui, of course the focus is on the fish. I just mentioned the edges of the fish so it would look less pasted against the background (with some parts you already had it a bit blurred). Other thing: I cant remember seeing a shadow. Nothing wrong with a shadow, but rather not like this. Now it does look like the fish is pasted. Suggest to warp the shadow so it would more fall on the plants behind. Builing is imo, but (cant help mentioning it) the plants in front of the building could do with some blurry edges too. Good luck, cause it's a nice one for the rest !

accidentally deleted my comments! but thank you everone for yours. wazowski, thank you for your suggestions, and the kick in the butt to do the shadow correctly. I had to change the bkgd image, but redid the shadow. Keeping the fish sharp and in focus for the highlight on the eye.
