Cool one. Hat is funny detail . Possible suggestion: make the shadow from the car a bit more blurry or lower the opacity from the shadow where it's further away from the car (backside of the car is closer to the road -> darker shadow, front of car is higher -> lighter shadow) Good job !

the city look cool. But the background seems off. The planet/moon look like it in the atmosphere of city's planet. The clouds should be in front of the planet/moon. Then you might get a better effect, in my opinion.

After seeing the source image first thing came in my mind is Petronas Tower. Used some sxc images for reference. Petronas tower created totally from the source image.

the cloud area near the arch (blue patch) looks kinda disturbing. should be blurrer at the top, perhaps add a lil floating clouds to imply height otherwise .. GREAT!!!!
