I looked at this image and saw the element of lightening. My first instinct was to make a form emerge from it seeing shapes and figure within the abstraction... But then I gravitated toward elemental figures and finally toward power. So I thought a magic spell :)

*note the little bird on her arm is a custom shape with slight shading and colors added- i forgot to mention this on the last step by step.
