Contest Goal:

Everyday there is a parade going on somewhere...honoring an event, holiday or person...Your job is to create an unconventional, eccentric, odd kind of parade...maybe one that celebrates janitors (they could clean up as they go along) or a crowd watching a single float pass by that honors the beloved nail clipper... the more ridiculous the better. Credit for bringing up this idea goes to CVRaveOn
