I wanted to convey a story with this, not just an image.

The shadows and lighting were the hardest part.

I'm first AGAIN?! :) Hehe :) So let's start... First credits to "just4you" at SXC.hu for the beautiful shot. This is all brushwork, saturation play, variations, burn and dodge tool and the spiderweb was made using the brush and smudge tool. I can't find a good spiderweb brush set so if somebody knows where i can find some let me know :) Bless...

High Resolution

Eastern State Penitentiary.
Built in the 1820s. Closed in 1970.
Re-opened in 1994 for tours and is still being refurbished.

The original image was taken by me during our trip to see the Penitentiary.
