gopankarichal, Stofvinger,...the blue is "specular reflection, and Caustic light reflections" from the reflected light from the ocean surface, it adds to give a 3d affect to a 2d photo.
I put it there and I like it, but it may not be for everybody.

As far as the brightness of the house, it's not the same material as the rocks, and reflects light differently, again i made it bright to call attention to it since all elements are small, and they can get lost otherwise. This is also called "Artistic License".

Nice image, with the part flying off is that meant to be the church eroding. Just an idea but if you made the bits a little more grainy they may look like dust flying off
