This is my first entry. It wasn't my choice which skill level to start at. Also, I think you might be confused about the numbering. Beginner 10- means a skill level of 10 or less. Even if I was at skill level 8, I would still be allowed to compete in this 10 and under contest. Am I wrong?

I think you did a good job here, your skills show that your knowledge if Photoshop us higer than a beginner, you are to blame for the rules, if you are a 10- you can compete in these contests... but sometimes they tell you that you can not comperete in the challenge if your level is higher..... good work anyway!
