i am a nobbyy... =( ... i got the notebook from http://www.2dvalley.com/gallery/albums/objects/notebook.sized.jpg and the hand with a pen from http://www.thebestkeptsecret.ca/images/uploaded/drawing%20hand.jpg just combined them with dummy dunno ..
